FORMATTING FOR FICTION

Format one novel (50-110k words, up to 30 chapters) in one ebook format: $50

• • $1/chapter over 30 chapters
  • Images: 1-4: Free, 5-9: $25, over 10: contact me
  • Corrections (typos, etc; not including formatting corrections): $40/hour, billed by the half hour, first 20 minutes free. (Note: most corrections end up being free.)

Format one novel for Print-on-Demand: $150

Format one novel in both formats: $200

PDF of one novel $25 with other formatting.

FORMATTING OF SHORT STORIES AND NOVELLAS

Format of one short story or novella (up to 40,000 words) in one ebook format $30

Format of one short story or novella for Print-on-Demand $75

Format of one short story or novella in both formats $100

Format of a boxed set of short stories or novellas in one format $30/novella

UPLOADING/PUBLISHING YOUR WORK

Uploading your ebook or print version to up to 3 retailers $40, $15 for each additional retailer.

Uploading lesson via Zoom $50/hour

Corrections (not including my formatting) $50/hr (if the corrections take less than 20 minutes, the work is done free)

BOOK COVERS

Ebook cover created from photographs: $150

Ebook and Print-on-Demand cover created from photographs: $190

Ebook and/or Print-on-Demand cover with original art: $40/hour ($150-300 depending on complexity)
You will receive the completed covers as well as a separate file of the art for use in advertising or just for you to print and hang on your wall.

FORMATTING FOR NON-FICTION BOOKS

Per hour rate: $30

My apologies, we no longer accept formatting of non-fiction work.

 

All work will be invoiced via Paypal or Zelle unless other arrangements are made. The Paypal fees will be added to the invoice. New clients are expected to pay half before work begins. All formatting work is usually completed in 2-5 business days, editing and proofreading 3-4 weeks. We are closed weekends and holidays unless an exception is requested and then there will be an additional fee.
